Sastāvdaļas:

400 g mazsālītas siļķes

2 sīpoli

5-6 kartupeļi

3 bietes

2 olas

5 burkāni majonēze

Pagatavošana:

Kartupeļus, burkānus, bietes un olas novāra, atdzesē un sarīvē. Sīpolus sakapā. Siļķes fileju sagriež smalkos gabaliņos.

Salātus kārto traukā kārtās:

1. kārta – siļķi, sīpolus liek šķīvī un pāri pārklāj majonēzi

2. kārta – kartupeļi, tos pārklāj ar majonēzi

3. kārtā – burkāni, virs tiem majonēzi

4. kārtā – bietes, pārsmērē ar majonēzi un noslēdz ar olu kārtu.
