Līdz ar pieaugošo pasažieru plūsmu uz mazdārziņiem Dārziņu apkaimē, no 5. aprīļa brīvdienās 31. autobusa maršrutā tiks palielināts reisu skaits un veiktas izmaiņas kustību sarakstā. Reisu skaits tiks palielināts laika posmā no plkst. 9.00 līdz plkst. 16.00. Tāpat, lai nodrošinātu atiešanas laiku savstarpējo koordināciju ar 15. autobusa maršrutu, tiek veiktas izmaiņas arī 15. maršruta autobusu atiešanas laikos no galapunktiem.
