Nepieciešams

500 ml buljona (mājās gatavots buljons vai 1 buljona kubiņš uz 500 ml ūdens)

1 burkāns

100 g saldētu zaļo zirnīšu Rimi

50 g plato rīsu nūdeļu

2 sīpolloki

2 olas

1 ēdamk. eļļas

Pagatavošana

Katlā sasildi buljonu. Burkānu saskuj plānās strēmelēs un sagriez stienīšos. Liec buljonā sildīties 5 minūtes. Pievieno nūdeles un zirnīšus, karsē buljonu vēl 3 minūtes. Sakul ar dakšu olas un sakarsētā pannā ar eļļu uzlej plānā kārtā. Apcep kā plāno pankūku. Sarullē to un sagriez strēmelēs. Pasniedzot liec šķīvī, papildinot ar smalki sagrieztiem sīpollokiem.
