Valsts kanceleja noraida KNAB arodbiedrības iebildumus par KNAB likumprojektu

Valsts kancelejas direktore E.Dreimane norāda, ka arodbiedrības paustās bažas par premjera ietekmes mazināšanu uz KNAB darbību ir nepamatotas, jo izstrādātais likumprojekts paredz tieši pretējo – atbilstoši starptautisko organizāciju vadlīnijām iestādes uzraudzība tiks stiprināta. Turklāt uzraudzība pieaugs nevis vienas politiskas amatpersonas līmenī, bet gan tiks paplašināta un līdzsvarota, galvenokārt, Saeimas līmenī, kura ieceļ KNAB priekšnieku, Ministru kabineta līmenī un ekspertu padomes līmenī.

Tāpat E.Dreimane norāda, ka atbilstoši Pretkorupcijas valstu grupai (Group of States Against Corruption – GRECO) rekomendācijām jānovērš politisko amatpersonu iespējas iejaukties KNAB administratīvajā darbā, jo par jebkuru KNAB iekšējo normatīvo regulējumu ir atbildīgs iestādes priekšnieks.

„Aicinu likumprojektu nesaistīt ar KNAB personāliju ilgstošajiem strīdiem un iekšējo grupējumu cīņām. Būtiski ņemt vērā, ka likumprojekts izstrādāts, ņemot vērā 12 gadu sadarbības praksi, un paredz sistēmas sakārtošanu un stiprināšanu, nevis risinājumu personāliju problēmām,” uzsver E.Dreimane.
