Skolotājus, vecākus un pusaudžus aicina apgūt pirmo psiholoģisko palīdzību

Veselības ministrija (VM) kopā ar pusaudžu psihoterapeitu, Pusaudžu un jauniešu psihoterapijas centra vadītāju Nilu Konstantinovu izstrādājusi pirmās psiholoģiskās palīdzības (PPP) rokasgrāmatu pusaudžiem, kurā apkopotas pamatzināšanas, tehnikas un prasmes, kas pusaudzim palīdz izvairīties no mentālās veselības problēmām, atpazīt tās un sniegt pirmo palīdzību sev pašam vai draugam.

“Izgulēšanās nozīme, emociju atpazīšana un to veselīga izreaģēšana, atteikšanās no kaitējošām vai nevajadzīgām pieredzēm, prasme iedot savam prātam atpūtu, fiziska kustība – šis ceļvedis palīdz pusaudzim orientēties sava prāta dabā un laikus pamanīt, ka palīdzība, iespējams, nepieciešama arī draugam. Es domāju, ka šīs vienkāršās tehnikas būs jaunas zināšanas arī mums – vecākiem un skolotājiem, lai varētu būt labs atbalsts jaunajiem cilvēkiem šajā ārkārtīgi nozīmīgajā attīstības posmā,” uzsver veselības ministrs Daniels Pavļuts.

Pusaudžu psihoterapeits Nils Konstantinovs norāda, ka apgūt psihiskās veselības pamatprasmes mūsdienu pusaudzim ir tikpat svarīgi kā zināt ceļu satiksmes noteikumus vai rīcību ārkārtas situācijā. “Ceru, ka Covid-19 radītās sekas liks šādu pamatapmācību jau pavisam drīz ieviest visās Latvijas skolās. Kamēr tās nav, aicinu vecākus, skolotājus, bet visvairāk – pašus jauniešus, izmantot šo rokasgrāmatu, lai parūpētos par sevi un sev tuvākajiem.”
