Saeima ceturtdien, 20.jūnijā, izteica uzticību kultūras ministrei Agnesei Lācei. Pirms apstiprināšanas ministres amatā A.Lāce bija Kultūras ministrijas parlamentārā sekretāre, darbojusies arī vairākās sabiedriskajās, kā arī starptautiskajās organizācijās.

A.Lācei ir Latvijas Universitātē iegūts maģistra grāds politikas zinātnē, kā arī maģistra grāds starptautiskajā migrācijā un sociālajā saliedētībā Nīderlandes Amsterdamas Universitātē, Spānijas Deusto Universitātē, Vācijas Osnabrikas Universitātē.

Jauns ministrs bija jāapstiprina, jo līdzšinējā kultūras ministre Agnese Logina atkāpās no amata.
