Satiksmes uzraudzību sāks 12 jaunie pārvietojamie fotoradari

Jau iepriekš ziņojām, ka šī gada augusta beigās Valsts policija saņēma 12 jaunus pārvietojamos fotoradarus. Vairāk kā divu mēnešu garumā Valsts policija ir testējusi šos jaunos fotoradarus uz Latvijas ceļiem, preventīvi brīdinot autovadītājus, ka drīzumā tie uzsāks darbu. Līdz šim mērierīces tika izmantotas testa režīmā un autovadītāji vēl netika sodīti, taču ir pienācis tas brīdis, kad fotoradari sāks fiksēt pārkāpumus.

Kopš fotoradaru saņemšanas brīža Valsts policija ir apzinājusi arī tos darbiniekus, kuri ikdienā nodarbosies ar fotoradaru uzraudzību uz Latvijas ceļiem. Gandrīz divu mēnešu garumā šie darbinieki ir izgājuši visas nepieciešamās apmācības jauno mērierīču lietošanā.

Jaunie radari darbosies visā Latvijas teritorijā, tie tiks izvietoti visos reģionos. Tādēļ Valsts policija atgādina, ka tāpat kā līdz šim Valsts policijas mājas lapā tiks publicētas tās vietas, kur būs izvietoti jaunie fotoradari. To atrašanās vietas policijas mājaslapā tiks norādītas, taču nebūs zināms tas, kurā dienā norādītajās vietās tie atradīsies.
