Pavāram ceļojums sākas ar jaunu produktu un jaunu gatavošanas tehniku iepazīšanu. Uzzini, cik intriģējošs un gards ir garšu ceļojums kopā ar Rimi Gardēdi un Āzijas garšu guru Mārtiņu Sirmo un pagatavo gardas, Āzijai raksturīgas receptes!

Vegānais voks (30 minūtes, 2 personām)

Sastāvdaļas
20 g cepamās eļļas;
1 paciņa olu nūdeļu;
5 šampinjoni;
10 g loku;
1⁄2 violetā sīpola;
100 g mango vokmērces;
100 g brokoļu;
50 g bambusu dzinumu

Pagatavošana
Sagriez sīpolu gredzenos, šampinjonus, brokoļus un bambusu dzinumus. Uzkarsē vokpannu, ielej tajā eļļu un, intensīvi maisot, pievieno pusi no sagrieztā sīpola, šampinjonus, brokoļus, bambusa dzinumus. Visu gatavo pannā 3 minūtes, tad pievieno mango mērci un turpini maisīt. Kad mērce novārījusies, liec klāt iepriekš novārītas olu nūdeles un gatavo vēl 2 minūtes. Pasniedz ar violetā sīpola gredzeniem un smalki sagrieztiem lokiem.
