Piparmētru kokteiļdeserts 

Sastāvdaļas

200 ml iecienīta krēma liķiera 

200 ml piparmētru degvīna vai piparmētru liķiera

100 g maskarpones siera 

100 g saldā krējuma

1/2 tējk. maltā kanēļa

1/4 tējk. rīvēta muskatrieksta

krāsains cukurs glāžu rotāšanai

Pagatavošana

  1. Izrotā maliņas glāzēm – katras glāzes maliņu samitrini ar ūdeni vai apelsīnu/citronu sulu un iemērc cukurā. 
  2. Samaisi šeikerī krēma liķieri ar piparmētru degvīnu un izlej pa glāzēm. 
  3. Stingrās putās saputo maskarpones sieru ar saldo krējumu un garšvielām.
  4. Pievieno katrai glāzei dzēriena ēdamkaroti putotās masas un pasniedz!
