Olu-spinātu mafini

Sastāvdaļas:

6 olas

2 saujas spinātu

Sauja ķiršu tomātu

30-40 g rīvēta cietā siera

Sāls, pipari pēc garšas

Pagatavošana:

1. Sakarsē krāsni līdz 180 grādiem.

2. Nomazgā un sagriež spinātus un tomātus, sarīvē sieru.

3. Bļodā sakuļ olas un pievieno jau sagatavotos spinātus, tomātus, sieru, sāli un piparus pēc garšas.

4. Masu salej silikona formās un cep 20 – 25 minūtes.

5. Pasniedz ar iecienītāko mērci pēc izvēles vai ēd bez piedevām.
