Mandātu komisija atbalsta deputāta Aināra Šlesera krimināllietas turpmāku iztiesāšanu

Saeimas Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisija trešdien, 8.februārī, atbalstīja Saeimas deputāta Aināra Šlesera krimināllietas turpmāku iztiesāšanu. 

Deputāti lēmumu pieņēma, izskatot Rīgas apgabaltiesas Krimināllietu tiesas kolēģijas iesniegumu, kurā lūgta Saeimas piekrišana lietas iztiesāšanas turpināšanai A.Šlesera apsūdzībā pēc Krimināllikuma 177.panta trešās daļas. 

Komisija lēma sagatavot attiecīgu Saeimas lēmuma projektu, kas jāskata vēl Saeimas sēdē, informē Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijas priekšsēdētājs Jānis Vucāns.
