Tirdzniecības centrā “Origo” atklāts jauns “Rīgas satiksmes” klientu centrs

Klientu ērtībām šodien, 7. maijā, durvis vēris jauns “Rīgas satiksmes” klientu centrs, kas atrodas tirdzniecības centrā “Origo”, Stacijas laukumā 2. 

Jaunā klientu centra atrašanās vieta izvēlēta lielās cilvēku plūsmas dēļ. Tāpat blakus atrodas Rīgas Centrālā dzelzceļa stacija, kurā katru dienu liela daļa pasažieru izmanto pārsēšanās iespējas “Rīgas satiksmes” apkalpotajos sabiedriskā transporta maršrutos. 

Jaunā centra darba laiks būs darba dienās no plkst. 10.00 līdz plkst. 20.00, brīvdienās un svētku dienās no plkst. 10.00 līdz plkst. 18.00.

“Rīgas satiksmes” klientu centros ir iespējams pieteikties un saņemt personalizēto e-talonu, noformēt un pagarināt atlaides saņēmēja statusu, iesniegt iesniegumu naudas atmaksai, kā arī noskaidrot citu aktuālo informāciju par e-talonu un “Rīgas satiksmes” sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem. 

“Rīgas satiksmes” klientu centri atrodas Prāgas ielā 1, Kurzemes prospektā 137, Brīvības gatvē 384B, Brīvības ielā 49/53, kā arī Pāles ielā 9 atrodas Rīgas atbalsta centrs Ukrainas iedzīvotājiem. Līdz ar jaunā klientu centra atvēršanu, klienti vairs netiks apkalpoti Spīķeru ielā 1.
