Nopietnāk rakstīt sākusi pirms 11 gadiem, pirmie rakstīt mēģinājumi bija jau bērnībā. Pierakstīt rindas – šī vēlme rodas pati. Bet dzejoļi top tad, kad rodas spilgtas emocijas, un noteikti klusumā. Jau vairākus gadus dzejoļi tiek publicēti vietējā avīzē “Saldus Zeme”. Izdota autorgrāmata “Lidot pret vēju”, procesā otrā – “Peripetijas”. Līdzautore 20 kopkrājumos. Ar Laimdotas Vištartes – Leimantes dzeju sakomponētas vairāk nekā 20 dziesmas.
