14.februārī atzīmēsim visu mīlētāju dienu. Lai gan šī nav Latvijā radusies svētku diena, daudzi to atzīmē ik gadu, īpaši piedomājot par romantisku noskaņu. Atzīšanās mīlestībā, svētku vakariņas, kāda romantiska filma, vakars kopā ar savu mīļoto vai vienatnē. “Valentīndienu īpašāku padarīs, ja izvēlēsies mīļotajam cilvēkam pasniegt kādu īpašu, tematisku kokteili. Es šogad gatavošu Valentine sour kokteili. Iesaku izmantot džinu, bet tikpat labi varat to aizvietot ar degvīnu vai gaišo rumu. Šis ir sour tipa kokteilis ar līčijām, bet varat izmantot arī avenes, lai tematiski iekrāsotu kokteili sarkanu,” ar kokteiļa variācijām dalās Rimi Gardēdis, dzērienu garšas eksperts Ilmārs Munkevics.

Kokteilis Valentine sour (1 pers., 8 min)

Nepieciešams:

50 ml džina, degvīna vai baltā ruma

30 ml ananasu sulas

25 ml svaigas citronu sulas

10 ml cukura sīrupa

3 gab. līčijas augļi vai avenes

Pagatavošana:

Sastāvdaļas lej šeikerī un pievieno 3 līčijas augļus (bez kauliņiem) vai avenes. Viegli sastampā, lai augļi šeikerī sadalītos. Tad šeikera saturu kopā ar ledu sakrati apmēram 20 sekundes un pārlej (bez ledus) coupe stila glāzē, izmantojot smalko sietiņu, lai gabaliņi neiekristu glāzē. Dekorē ar izvēlētajiem augļiem vai pasniedz bez dekora.
