Valsts policija ar dienesta suņiem Marko un Yaro kādā izglītības iestādē Kuldīgā veic pārbaudes

Vakar Valsts policijas Kurzemes reģiona pārvaldes Kuldīgas iecirkņa Kārtības policijas nodaļas amatpersonas sadarbībā ar Valsts policijas Kinologu nodaļas Kurzemes grupas amatpersonām un dienesta suņiem Marko un Yaro, devās uz kādu izglītības iestādi Kuldīgā veikt pārbaudes aizliegto vielu jomā.

Pārbaudes notika sadarbībā ar skolas vadību un likumsargi ar suņiem pārbaudīja sešas klases no 7. – 12.klasei. Kopumā pie trim jauniešiem tika atrasts papīrs cigarešu uztīšanai, cigarešu uztinamā ierīce, tabaka, cigarešu filtri, cigaretes un elektroniskās cigaretes. Jaunieši ir vecumā no 14 līdz 17 gadiem un pret visiem ir uzsākti administratīvo pārkāpumu procesi.

Saskaņā ar Bērnu tiesību aizsardzības likumu, par tabakas izstrādājumu, augu smēķēšanas produktu, elektronisko smēķēšanas ierīču vai to uzpildes tvertņu iegādāšanos vai glabāšanu, ja to izdarījis bērns, piemēro brīdinājumu vai naudas sodu līdz 15 eiro.

Valsts policijas amatpersonas šādas pārbaudes rīko galvenokārt pēc skolas vadības iniciatīvas un pieteikuma, kā arī gadījumos, ja saņemti signāli no apkārtējiem, ka notiek tabakas izstrādājumu lietošana nepilngadīgo vidū. Šādas pārbaudes tiks rīkotas arī turpmāk.
