Izdota grāmata – „Latviešu valodas gramatika”

Atklāšanas laikā uzrunas vārdus teica un grāmatu kā pateicības simbolu izsniedza LU rektors Mārcis Auziņš un LU Latviešu valodas institūta direktore Ilga Jansone.

Pasākuma ievaddaļu ieskandināja un patīkamu atmosfēru centās radīt Jāzepa Vītola Latvijas Mūzikas akadēmijas absolvents, ar savu paša radīto un F. Šopēna klavierspēles skaņdarbiem.

Līdz ar pateicības izteikumiem grāmatu autoriem, jaunizdotās grāmatas tika izsnigtas arī Čehijas vēstniekam un pārstāvjiem no Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas, Valsts valodas centra, Latviešu valodas aģentūras, u.c.

Protams, vārds tika dots arī grāmatu autoriem- valodniekiem un filoloģijas zinātņu doktoriem, kas izteica pateicību par to, cik šis brīdis ir svarīgs un cik lielu devumu  sniedz šīs grāmatas iznākšana. Pasākuma noslēgumā pie mikrofona tika aicināts arī aktieris Gunārs Āboliņš.

No grāmatu atbalstītāju puses tika uzsvērts tas, ka nākotnē grāmata varētu tikt izdota angļu valodā, lai to izplātītu arī ārpus Latvijas robežām!
