Pagatavošana

Lavašu sagriez aptuveni 10×10 cm lielos kvadrātos. Uz katra kvadrāta plānā kārtā uzklāj zemesriekstu sviesta ar kakao. Notīri banānus un ierullē lavašā. Atstāj ievilkties uz 20 minūtēm, pēc tam sagriez kumosu ripiņās. Saldumam var uzpilināt kļavas sīrupu.
