17. maijā – Muzeju naktī – apmeklētājiem bija iespēja apskatīt Rīgas pils priekšpils daļu, kur atrodas Latvijas Valsts prezidenta rezidence. Viesiem bija atvērtas Rīgas pils reprezentācijas un darba zāles, lai labāk iepazītu kā Valsts prezidenta institūcijas darbību, tā arī vienu no izcilākajām viduslaiku pilīm Latvijā. 

Rīgas pils viesus priecēja arī dažādu kolektīvu muzikāli priekšnesumi. Pasākumā piedalījās Zemessardzes orķestris un Zemessardzes deju ansamblis “Bramaņi”, tautas deju ansamblis “Lielupe”, Nacionālo bruņoto spēku Štāba orķestra šovbrass ansamblis, Andžeja Grauda bungu skolas maršējošo bundzinieku sastāvs “Drumline Latviaˮ, Nacionālo bruņoto spēku Štāba orķestris, Zemessardzes orķestra metāla pūšaminstrumentu ansamblis, Nacionālo bruņoto spēku Štāba orķestra ansamblis “Light Editionˮ, Nacionālo bruņoto spēku Štāba orķestra klarnešu kvartets “Quattro Differenteˮ un saksofonu kvartets, Zemessardzes koris “Starsˮ, Zemessardzes orķestra klasiskais kvintets un džeza ansamblis.

Pie Rīgas pils varēja uzzināt vairāk un iepazīties ar Nacionālajiem bruņotajiem spēkiem un Latvijas Skautu un gaidu centrālo organizāciju. Pasākuma laikā apmeklētājiem bija iespēja vērot MIKC NMV Jaņa Rozentāla Mākslas skolas 1. kursa audzēkņu darbu, strādājot mācību praksē – plenērā.
