Nolej tunča konservu šķidrumu un saspaidi tunci. Pievieno tuncim olu un visu rūpīgi samaisi. Nolej konservētas kukurūzas šķidrumu un pievieno kukurūzu tuncim. Visam klāt pievieno rīvētu cieto sieru un miltus un rūpīgi samaisi. Veido mazas, apaļas kotletītes, apviļā tās rīvmaizē un apsmidzini ar eļļu un cep iepriekš sakarsētā cepeškrāsnī 180 grādos aptuveni 20 minūtes.
